All sizes are approximate and may differ very slightly as the items are handmade.
Always make sure the accessories are never too tight on your dog and to remove the accessories when your dog is sleeping or unattended.

BANDANAS:
Our bandanas are a tie up style. Roll the top of the bandanna down to get the desired length. Place around your dog’s neck and tie the ends in a knot, making sure the knot is tight to avoid the bandana slipping off. Please keep a gap of two fingers between the bandana and your dog’s neck.

BOWS & BOW TIES:
Our bows and bow ties are so easy to wear and have an elastic loop at the back of the bow. Simply slide your dog’s collar through the elastic loop and move to the desired position on the collar.

SCARVES:
Our scarves are so easy to wear. Simply place the scarf around your dog’s neck and push the pom pom through the loop at the end of the scarf. Making sure there is a gap of at least two fingers between the scarf and your dog’s neck.

BANDANAS: Can be washed in the washing machine but recommended to use a dedicates bag or to be hand washed with mild soap or detergent. Ironing is okay but DO NOT iron over the leather label.
BOWS & BOW TIES: Spot clean only with mild soap or detergent.
SCARVES: Hand wash only with mild soap or detergent.
As each item is handmade per order we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
All items are thoroughly checked before sending but if you receive a faulty or defected item please contact us immediately and send through some photos within 7 days of receiving your order. We will not process refunds for faulty or defected items after 7 days of your order being received.
Although our items are made with the highest quality we do not take responsibility for damages caused by your dog including rough play and chewing.
